Auckland’s latest town centre has become a continually changing landscape of new shops, land developments and business hubs.

Speculation that the area is to be the new home of Ikea, as well as the planned home for Costco means this north-western hub will continue to grow and become an established thriving town centre. Costco’s announcement to sell fuel 20-30% cheaper than anywhere else paired with the myriad of new homes that are being built in the area, means an influx of families, investors and retirees, looking for a new area to live that is still close enough to Auckland central to be a viable choice.
